This is a 2 hour event to connect with nature and create inspiration for the New Year!
Bring a yoga mat, water, and comfortable items for your meditation such as a small personal pillow and/or blanket. This is an indoor event in the Trout Lily room at Dogwood Canyon Audubon Center.
