Every year for nearly nine decades, Country Day on the Hill has brought the Cedar Hill community together in the heart of Historic Downtown.
On Saturday, October 10, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., experience the 89th Annual Country Day on the Hill, a full day of local traditions, food, entertainment and family fun. This longstanding Cedar Hill celebration features a community parade, craft vendors, food, activities, contests and live entertainment.
Start with the Country Day Parade
Find your spot along the route and enjoy one of the day’s signature traditions. The Country Day on the Hill Parade begins at 10 a.m., with this year’s theme, “Spirit of Adventure.”
Shop, Eat and Explore
Spend the day exploring vendors, enjoying food, and experiencing everything happening throughout Historic Downtown Cedar Hill.
This event brings together craft vendors, food, activities, contests and entertainment, creating plenty of ways to experience the celebration from morning through evening.

Start the Celebration Friday Night
Make a weekend of the tradition by joining the Old Settlers Reunion on Friday, October 9, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. in Historic Downtown. Then return Saturday morning for a full day of Country Day festivities.
