When you think of the Latin community, the first thing that comes to mind is variety. LatinFest will have something for everyone by being an all-day community event that will bring a diverse community together for one purpose, to celebrate the Latin culture. There will also be delicious food vendors, kids' activities, and entertainment, so the entire family can get involved. 

Business Expo starting at 2pm

Whether it's learning about new businesses from the DFW area, trying new foods or even talking to companies that are currently hiring, you will find lots of ways to learn new things at the Business Expo.

Get your passport onsite to get initialed at the businesses you visit and you could get free Cedar Hill swag!  Or even be entered in a contest for three great raffle items!

The first 300 attendees get a free paleta!

Entertainment from 2pm - 9pm

Mitotiliztli Yaoyollohtli at 2:15pm
(Heart of the Warrior Aztec Dancers) 
The Mexihka dancers communicate across generations, to carry on a tradition to which they have been entrusted with.  Using intricate dance steps, turns and jumps, the dancers evoke a kinetic prayer. Drums, rattles, seed pod shells and flutes unite to create a mind-expanding experience that reflects the cultural heritage of Mexico and Aztlan.

Mariachi Arriago de America at 3:15pm

Enjoy the traditional sounds of mariachi to get you singing along and smiling to classic songs celebrating the Mexican culture.

Flamenco Fever at 4:15pm
Flamenco Fever’s professional dance company incorporates out-of-town soloists with lighting fast footwork, breathtaking turns, and elegant costuming to create top-notch authentic flamenco productions.  These unforgettable shows boast a professional singer/guitarist of the highest level.

Fusion Latina at 5:15pm
Enjoy the sounds of salsa, merengue, bachata, cumbia, rock pop and so much more from this top local DFW band that will have you dancing and kick the night off right!

Guest DJ Mean Mauri

Mean Mauri will be the MC for the night to entertain and play some hit songs.

Selena Forever Tribute Band at 6:30pm
Selena cover band Selena Forever Tribute will be performing Selena’s chart-topping hits including “Bidi Bidi Bom Bom,” “Como La Flor” and “Dreaming of You” live. Help us form the longest conga line and dance the night away!
