Friends of Zula B. Wylie Public Library are an all-volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the Library by providing funds and programs that would not otherwise be possible.

Mayor's Teen Council
The Mayor's Teen Council is comprised of high school students within the community of Cedar Hill who wish to contribute their leadership skills and commitment to develop projects that help their community flourish.

Zula B. Wylie Library Board
The Zula B. Wylie Library Board is appointed by the City Council and acts in an advisory capacity to the Library Director and City Council on matters relating to library service. The board consists of 9 Cedar Hill residents appointed for a term of two years.

Readers On The Hill Book Discussion Club
The Readers on the Hill book discussion club is open to everyone. Participants read and discuss a different book each month. The group meets the first Monday of the month at the Zula B. Wylie Public Library located at 225 Cedar St. in the Meeting Room at 7:00 pm.
